The newly launched school offers everyone the opportunity to learn from the master himself, as Max leads courses on sourdough bread and pizza making, in the new bakery expansion overlooking the picturesque Thames in the heart of the Cotswolds. Students will have the unique opportunity to hone their skills alongside a real operating artisanal bakery — and take home a piece of the famous half-century-old mother.
