Introduction to Artisanal Pizza

This class is currently offered Tues - Wed - Thurs 10AM - 12:30PM (lunch included) although please check the course schedule pages for the most updated calendar.

There’s nothing like a homemade pizza! This class covers the basics, from mixing and kneading to building your very own artisanal pizza. Best part? You get to take home your dough.

Schedule:

  • Meet & greet (coffee served)

  • Intro to the class

  • Mixing & kneading

  • Sauce basics

  • Cheese chat

  • Building & baking

Attendees get to go home with their own pizza dough (perfect for freezing!) and instructions on how to make their own pizza at home.

Please note this class is for people aged 16 years and up. 8 seats per class, and limited availabilities. Baker kit available to take home for an additional fee.
