Introduction to Sourdough
This class is currently offered Tues - Wed - Thurs 10AM - 4PM (lunch included) although please check the course schedule pages for the most updated calendar.
For beginners and bakers looking to spruce up their skills. This class covers all the basics from mixing to folding to shaping & baking.

Attendees get to go home with their own sourdough starter, instructions on how to bake their own bread at home, and a freshly baked loaf.
Please note this class is for people aged 16 years and up. 8 seats per class, and limited availabilities. Baker kit available to take home for an additional fee.
